Detailed discussion of the above data is conducted and a customized purchase offer document is prepared and submitted to the seller. This document usually includes the types of inspections that will need to be accomplished as well as the repair station that will perform the work. The purchase offer always includes language referring to a more detailed sales agreement that once signed will provide the structure for the conduct of the financial transaction that will conclude with the closing.
